Our Booking Policy
OF THE RESERVE
When making a reservation with LUCEROS TOUR, it must be confirmed by request through our emails: lucerostour@hotmail.com, info@lucerostour.com, reservas@lucerostour.com via telephone or via WhatsApp to coordinate details. When requesting confirmation of services you must send a copy of your passports of each.
ABOUT PAYMENTS
After having confirmed the reservation in advance, payment of 70% of the total amount of the service must be made by sending to our bank account, or by Western Union on behalf of the General Manager of the Company. To do this, send the necessary data to the client. The difference will be paid at your hotel one day before your service.
Once the deposit has been made, the corresponding voucher scanned via email must be sent, or in the case of transfer the detail and operation number.
ABOUT THE ITINERARIES
Lucero’s Tour is responsible for complying with all the detailed itinerary made in the reservation within the tour package, including all the services detailed therein.
It is not the responsibility of the Company, interruptions in the normal development of the package due to force majeure beyond our control such as climatic, political, social problems, etc.
It is committed to provide a quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
ABOUT THE JUSTIFICATIONS
It reserves the right to modify the itinerary it deems necessary for customer satisfaction. The luggage and other personal items of the customer is the sole responsibility of the same customer.
Our rate is in Nuevos Soles for domestic clients and in dollars for foreign clients. It can also vary according to the inflation rate of the day.
We cannot accept any responsibility for cancellations or delays on any of your flights, if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, the reprogramming of the airline, the airport of authority and / or the action of the air traffic controllers, mechanical failures or industrial action.
ABOUT THE CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of an already confirmed sale must be made in advance to avoid the payment of NO SHOW, (100% of the service) in the case of holidays and long weekends, communicate at least 15 days in advance.
Cancellations or (cancellation of the service) must be done by phone or mail: lucerostour@hotmail.com 30 days before starting the tour service.
No reimbursement will be made to the CLIENT for services not used voluntarily, illness, accidents or other reasons, on the scheduled date and time, nor can it be used at another time.
If the CUSTOMER renounces the use of the contracted program of his / her own will, he will not be entitled to any refund. Cancellations made after 07 days of starting the program the agency will declare to the CUSTOMER a no show and will not be entitled to any refund.
In the case of postponements, the validity is one year from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.
