1: FROM THE RESERVE. When making a reservation with LUCEROS TOUR must be confirmed by request through our emails: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, via phone or via WhatsApp to coordinate details. When requesting the confirmation of the services you must send a copy of your passports of each one.
2: OF THE PAYMENTS. It is not the responsibility of the Company, the interruptions in the normal development of the package for reasons of force majeure beyond our control such as climatic, political, social, etc.

4: THE JUSTIFICATIONS. It reserves the right to modify the itinerary it deems necessary for customer satisfaction.
The client’s baggage and other personal items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our rate is in new soles for national clients and in dollars for foreign clients. It can also vary according to the inflation rate of the day.
We can not accept any responsibility for cancellations or delays in any of your flights, if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, the reprogramming of the airline, the airport of authority and / or the action of air traffic controllers, mechanical failures or industrial action.
5: OF THE ANNULMENTS. Cancellations of an already confirmed sale must be made with due anticipation to avoid NO SHOW Payment (100% of the service) in the case of Holidays and Long Weekends to communicate at least 15 days in advance.
6: OF THE CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations or cancellation of the service must be done by phone or by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org 30 days before starting the tour service.
No refund will be made to the CLIENT for services not used voluntarily, illness, accidents or other reasons, at the scheduled date and time, nor may it be used at another time.
If the CUSTOMER voluntarily waives the use of the contracted program, he or she will not be entitled to any refund.
Cancellations made after 07 days of starting the program the agency will declare the CLIENT a No Show and will not be entitled to any refund.
In case of postponements, the validity is one year counted from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.
